The Africa Climate Change Resilience Alliance (ACCRA) Adaptive Capacity Framework

ACCRA is a consortium made up of Oxfam GB, the Overseas Development Institute (ODI), Save the Children Alliance, Care International and World Vision International and funded by DFID.
